Founded in 2017, Valletta Advocacia was established with a legal focus dedicated to individuals and family businesses, concentrating on the structuring and implementation of asset organization strategies in Brazil and abroad, through a multidisciplinary legal approach encompassing tax, corporate, succession, and family law.
Additionally, leveraging the international expertise of the founding partner, the firm began offering advisory services to individuals and legal entities in the structuring of foreign investments for Brazilian residents and in the structuring of investments in Brazil for foreign investors.
With the addition of new partners, bringing additional competencies, the firm expanded its practice areas to include tax law, real estate law, and labor law.

David Valletta
David is an attorney with over fifteen years of experience in representing individual clients. With experience at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, such as UBS and Citibank, David specializes in wealth planning, tax planning, family and corporate governance, and international investments. He is also responsible for assisting clients with matters related to tax domicile relocation and the structuring of offshore investments.
David graduated from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Zurich and a postgraduate degree in European Union Law from the University of Valladolid, Spain.

Matheus Rodrigues Feldberg
Matheus is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in civil law, representing both individual and corporate clients. He provides services in civil law, assisting clients in the prevention and resolution of conflicts, both extrajudicially and judicially. He is responsible for advising clients on matters related to real estate transactions, including real estate developments and subdivisions.

Matheus graduated from UNESP (São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho), is a Specialist in Real Estate Business Law from SECOVI, and is a Certified Accounting Technician from SENAC.

Tiago is an attorney with fifteen years of experience in representing both individual and corporate clients. He specializes in labor law and labor litigation, providing defense for companies in judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as representing employees in labor disputes.
Tiago graduated from UNESP (São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho) and holds a Postgraduate degree in Labor Law from the Escola Superior da Advocacia (ESA). He is also a Specialist in Labor Procedure and Labor Calculations from the same institution.
